What You'll Be Doing:

• Social Media Savvy: Lead the creation of dynamic content across key social media platforms, levering analytics to optimize performance.
• Graphic Design Guru: Collaborate with leadership to create visually stunning graphics and multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
• Online Reputation Management: Monitor online mentions and reviews, swiftly addressing inquiries to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Maven: Coordinate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, ensuring timely updates to website promotions and offerings.
• Sales Support: Assist sales initiatives by identifying leads through social media channels and providing invaluable support in business development.

What We're Looking for in your Resume:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related degree
• 5 years of comprehensive experience spanning sales, marketing, customer service and administration with a strong emphasis on social media and graphic design
• Hospitality Experience/Industry is a plus
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
• Extensive knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and advertising tactics
• Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress and Shopify along with e-mail marking platforms including Klaviyo
• Experience with Google Performance Max or similar advertising platform is preferred
