Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects within our manufacturing organization.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification and a proven track record of successfully managing programs in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Coordinate and manage programs within the manufacturing organization, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks within the program, developing contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance and utilization of available resources.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor program performance against key metrics and milestones, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure program success.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing organization, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
