The Schedule:
Full-time
Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with the occasional evening or weekend
Sales and Outreach Responsibilities:
Generating and following up on leads, conducting tours, closing sales and coordinating the move-in process.
In Collaboration with the Marketing Department:
Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:
· Build, execute and monitor a social media strategy that is aligned with our brand and improves customer engagement.
· Define the most important social media KPI and build reporting frameworks to evaluate performance of each platform.
· Develop quality content strategies across all media channels ensuring consistent brand messaging.
· Develop a content calendar for all platforms to maintain a sufficient supply of relevant content.
SEO/PPC/SEM Responsibilities:
· Assist with the development of digital marketing campaigns for new and existing programs and services.
Reputation Management:
· Develop and implement a reputation management plan that improves the perceived online reputation.
· Monitor customer comments on all platforms.
· Review customer survey data and online review performance reports to identify trends and make recommendations on improvements.
Content and Graphic Design:
· Develop design concepts for marketing and advertising collateral for new and existing programs and services.
· Produce various written content for print and digital marketing platforms to promote the brand and services.
· Conduct market research relevant to the industry to evaluate trends. Make informed recommendations on changes needed to marketing strategies.
