We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Cybersecurity to lead our cybersecurity initiatives at Graco, Inc. As the Director of Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect our manufacturing operations, intellectual property, and sensitive information from evolving cyber threats. Responsibilities: Cybersecurity Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic cybersecurity roadmap aligned with the business goals and objectives of Graco. Identify emerging cyber threats and trends and propose proactive measures to mitigate risks. Security Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity team, including monitoring security events, conducting incident response activities, and managing security incidents and breaches effectively. Security Architecture and Engineering: Lead the design and implementation of robust security architecture and engineering solutions tailored to Graco. Ensure that security controls are integrated seamlessly into business processes and systems. Threat Intelligence: Develop and implement a robust threat intelligence analysis process. Research and analyze information about new threats and security trends. Oversees the identification, evaluation, treatment, and reporting of security vulnerabilities. Security Awareness and Training: Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and accountability within Graco. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity risks, policies, and procedures. Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management: Establish and maintain processes for evaluating and managing cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors and partners. Ensure that vendors comply with contractual security requirements and adhere to industry standards. Security Governance and Reporting: Establish and maintain security governance frameworks to provide oversight and guidance for cybersecurity activities within Graco. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders. Incident Response Planning and Preparedness: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure a timely and effective response to cybersecurity incidents and breaches. Conduct regular tabletop exercises to test and validate incident response capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred. Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role overseeing cybersecurity initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and systems, with a focus on identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best practices, including network security, encryption, identity and access management, and security monitoring. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, GDPR, and industry-specific standards (e.g., IEC 62443 for industrial control systems). Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of cybersecurity professionals to achieve common goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic cybersecurity initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
