We’re a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales and Investment company in need of an Administrative Assistant. Real Estate License is Required, Experience as a Transaction Coordinator is preferred.

You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from contract to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities

• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
• Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
• Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
• Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules

Qualifications

• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
• Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Having a minimum of 3 years or 15 closed transactions REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
