WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of backgrounds including content creation, music, theater, coding, architectural design, movie and television set construction, tech and VC startups, professional gaming, video game development, and beyond!

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work to level up the IRL Team with a focus on production expertise and practical on-set training
• Plan and produce content for TBNR’s live action (IRL) channels 
• Establish and enforce quality control standards for all produced content to maintain consistency and uphold the company's brand image
• Actively take seemingly impossible creative ideas and make them into a reality 
• Manage production schedules and budgets to ensure proper tracking of each
• Manage all relative production timelines to adequately handle programming needs
• Hire freelance production staff when needed to handle bigger shoots
• Work with each team to create and manage realistic production schedules for their respective channels 
• Manage production logistics for branded content, with a focus on custom integrations
• Actively look for ways to execute on high level goals while maintaining efficient day-to-day workflow
• Clearly communicate production logistics with all relevant departments on a daily basis
• Lead ongoing pre-production meetings with the team to make sure everyone has what they need to be successful for big video shoots
• Keep shoots on schedule by helping manage on set planning and workflow
• Lead cross-departmental problem solving conversations 
• Oversee and lead Brand Partnerships team 

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 years of proven experience in a senior production role, within a digital media/ YouTube-focused environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of YouTube best practices, trends, and algorithms
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Budgeting and financial management experience
