** Service Department Manager**

MOXIE is seeking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Service Department Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a team of solar service technicians to complete all system warranty repairs, service requests, and commissionings within service level expectations and cost.

Including first and second level troubleshooting for all solar system service requests;

And, coordinating materials, inventory, fleet vehicles, technicians, and maintenance requirements to achieve service level targets for system repairs.

* Participate in departmental management level meetings for purposes of communicating opportunities and recommendations for process improvement strategies across the organization to assure optimum efficiency of the company assets.

* Coordinate all field-related activities to service systems.

* Process all customer warranty and insurance claims.

* Provide product and service training educational opportunities for service technicians, crews, and other MOXIE employees who could benefit from the same.

* Manage all service orders from customers and those generated via MOXIE employees.

* Assist in the development of and adherence to customer service standards, policies, and procedures for the company.

* Maintain accurate and timely records of all forms of correspondence and discussions with customers.

* Ongoing analysis of customer needs and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions and strategies to customers and the company.

**Education and Experience**

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Experience in solar and/or construction industries is a strong plus.

* Working knowledge of SalesForce is desired.

* Leadership and Customer Service experience required.

* Experience using Google Suite is desired.

**Benefits**

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending upon skills and prior experience. Regular reviews and raises are awarded based on tenure and performance with increases far above industry standard.
