MOXIE is seeking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager.

Duties of the Project Manager will vary. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Workstream management, problem resolution and customer service.
• Coordinate with Sales team on any contract amendments.
• Communicate project corrections to the appropriate department.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers; addressing issues, delays, and resolutions.
• Address Onboarding issues to ensure projects are moving forward.
• Address complex interconnection application issues by coordinating with departments.
• Coordinate project cancellations in cooperation with appropriate departments, i.e., accounting, sales, finance, operations, engineering, procurement.
• Additional tasks as needed and assigned.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service
• Background/experience with small/medium size businesses
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Word processing and spreadsheets, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
• Professional, outgoing, extremely detail oriented and organized.

Benefits

Compensation for this position is $55,000 annually. Regular reviews and raises are awarded based on tenure and performance with increases far above industry standard.
