Automotive Service Manager

Anderson Honda is seeking a capable Service Manager to take our 23-Bay service department to the next level. Previous Service management experience is preferred, but not required. We do require all candidates to be highly motivated and full of great ideas. We offer a very competitive pay plan with a base salary, and commissions tied to departmental profit performance. Responsibilities

• Oversees Honda Dealership Service Department.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all Service department personnel.
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer feedback immediately and appropriately.
• Works with Fixed Operations Director to develop competitive Service pricing plans.
