Naztec Staffing is hiring immediately for QC Technician for a Food Manufacturing company in West Palm
Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

The Quality Control Technician will implement and comply with quality assurance methods and procedures to ensure products and materials are produced in accordance with specifications in a safe and efficient manner.

• Practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Sanitation Practices (GSP) and safe performance of duties as assigned.
• Ensure that cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
  Perform visual inspections of finished products.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
• Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
• Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
• Investigate or report questionable test results.
• Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
• Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Receive and inspect raw materials.
• Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions. 
• Participate in internal assessments and audits as required.

• Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Above average math skills, computers skills, organizational and administrative skills required.
• Requires walking, climbing, computer work, and sample collection.

Minimum Requirements and Education:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older. 
• High School diploma or GED. 
• Manufacturing experience required.
