LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a global company of over 13K employees in its search for an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney. The Attorney would join the company's legal department and sit at its headquarters in Columbia, MD. This is a great opportunity for an experienced transactional attorney to join the in-house legal department of a worldwide company that also offers a great internal culture and benefits that vest on day 1 of employment!
The Attorney can expect to prepare, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and government contracts with little oversight, such as vendor agreements, service agreements, and sale agreements. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of relevant experience obtained in a law firm or in-house legal department setting, and be licensed and in good standing to practice law in any state. The position is open to relocation candidates. Salary is targeted between $125K-$165K annually, depending on experience. Travel is required approx. 10% of time, with costs reimbursed.
