Job Description
We are seeking a General Accounting Clerk with accounts payable and accounts receivable experience to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. This position will be a temporary to direct hire. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, fast learner and team player.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate costs of goods and services
- Track and record deliveries to customers
- Distribute invoices for sales review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
- QuickBooks experience
