GHR is seeking a Full-time General Accounting Clerk. This position promptly and accurately compiles and pre-processes invoices, expense reports, and credit card receipts to pay vendors weekly. Reconciles vendor statements, bank accounts, and other financial data. Maintains payable and accounting files and records, and performs other accounting duties, as needed.

Due to the nature of the information handled and areas in which the candidate will have access the candidate must be ethical, honest, and observe strict confidentiality in all aspects of their position.

The successful candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, have good math skills, an understanding of accounting basics, excellent organizational and time management skills, be friendly, courteous, and a team player.

Prior accounting is preferred.
