Bagdad Clinic OTPE Scheduler Coordinator

Gila Health Resources, a multi-location healthcare provider with clients throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado is seeking a full-time OTPE Scheduler Coordinator for our Bagdad location.

This individual works directly with our senior and mid-level managers, our mining industry clients, and individuals who have applied for employment in the mining industry, to coordinate, schedule, and manage pre-placement medical evaluations at occupational medicine clinics located throughout the US.

The ideal candidate must be goal-oriented, well organized, have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple cases simultaneously, interact with clients and their prospective new hires, and act in a mature, professional manner at all times. Must be able to provide documentation of a minimum of two years of experience serving as a highly effective member of a project management team, or two years of experience serving as a member of a healthcare facility in a clinical support or supervisory capacity.

Normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
