1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a People and Culture Manager to lead our People Department and HR initiatives. The People and Culture Manager will play a critical role in leading and overseeing all HR functions and management team development programs that support the entire hourly employee journey; including high-volume talent acquisition, onboarding and job readiness, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, compliance, and team communications.
People and Culture Manager (On-Site)
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR & People leader who can communicate and influence at all levels, from field team members to upper management. With an employee base of 25-45 people (depending on the time of year), this role must be strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a positive team culture in a similar-sized organization or larger.
Must have a Happy to Help mindset.
