Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate who is a true rock star in sales and customer service. If you're eager to learn, grow, and help clients find their perfect lingerie pieces, we want you! Key Responsibilities:

*Leadership: Utilize every customer interaction as a chance to lead by example, providing Above & Beyond customer care. Mentor future leaders and manage training paths for associates. *Business Management: Drive sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Develop loyalty through exceptional service strategies and celebrate team successes. *Operational Excellence: Uphold store policies, manage inventory, ensure employee safety, and maintain store aesthetics. Take ownership of the store's operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

*Residency in Philadelphia is a must. *Outgoing, driven, and quick-learning attributes are essential. *Previous retail experience required; bra fitting experience is a significant plus. *Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on strategic planning and team management. *Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. *Passion for customer service and the lingerie industry. *Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. *Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). *Retail sales experience (3 years preferred).

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
