CROSSED KEYS BED & BREAKFAST INC is Hiring a Part Time Administrative Assistant Near Andover, NJ
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and greeting customers, including prospective clients arriving to tour the venue, or guests on-site for weddings
- Answering general office phone line, taking messages and disseminating information as needed
- Responding to sales inquiries via email and phone, providing marketing materials or answering follow up questions
- Scheduling sales tours and managing the appointment calendar for the sales team
- Conducting tours for guests visiting the property without an appointment
- Receiving package or supplier deliveries to venue
- Provide assistance to our sales team and wedding coordination team as needed
- Must be able to work weekends
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and wear multiple hats
