Crossed Keys Estate is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join The Taproom at Crossed Keys Inn. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Required to work opening and closing shifts
• Staff training, coaching & accountability
• Scheduling & light Human Resources responsibilities
• Managing the floor during operating hours supporting staff & handling guest concerns
• Building efficient communication between FOH & BOH
• Building genuine & lasting relationships with our guests
• Lead by example
