TownePlace Suites Denver North/Thornton is Hiring a Hotel Night Auditor (Part-Time 11pm-7am) Near Thornton, CO

TownePlace Suites Denver North/Thornton opened in September 2023. As a TownePlace Suites, we are part of the Marriott brands, offering travel discounts to all associates, select family members and friends.

We are looking for candidates to fill an opening for Part-Time Front Desk/Night Auditor (overnights) strong consideration will be given to those with prior Marriott/FOSSE experience. Shifts would be 2-3 per week. We are looking for candidates with availability on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, including night audit responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or reservation systems
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
