Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant - Part Time Near Concord, NH

Description

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a part-time highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team 20-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Concord office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong connection to our corporate Values of Respect, Responsibility, Commitment, and Quality.

Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls

· Provides administrative support for office staff

· Enter/maintain project setup and plans in Deltek, with assistance 

· Maintain filing systems which may include insurance certificates, contracts, agreements, project files and other documentation 

· Produce/Edit/Format letters, memos and correspondence which may include surveying or engineering agreements, reports, studies, specifications, tables, contracts, forms, etc 

· Copying/scanning/faxing/other administrative tasks 

· Assist with meeting preparation and calendar management 

· Assist in making travel and event arrangements 

Requirements

· AS, BA, BS degree or equivalent years of experience

· 0–2 years’ administrative experience

· Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe/Bluebeam

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
