Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Assistant to join our exciting and growing team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong connection to our corporate Values of Respect, Responsibility, Commitment, and Quality.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

· Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate

· Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing new hire paperwork

· Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes

· Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues as needed

· Assist with employee career-development process

· Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

· 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
