Connect Search is Hiring a Part Time Bookkeeper Near Madison, WI
Type: Temporary (3-6 months)
Title: Bookkeeper
Hours: M-F 9-5
Location: Downtown Madison (Free Parking)
Pay: $28
Start: ASAP
Duties:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to budgeting, account analysis, tax preparation (1099s, W2s, Sales Tax, etc.), accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial report writing, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all applicable accounting regulations and standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper Accountant or similar role.
- Strong Excel skills
