Hilton Memphis is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Memphis, TN
- This job is for 3 days per week - 8 AM-4:30 PM (somewhat flexible on the time but needs to be during the day)
- Process weekly payroll in Paychex system
- Processing onboarding paperwork of all new employees
- Process termination paperwork after employees have left the hotel
- Conducting orientation class for new hire employees once per month
- Conduct basic training for all employee as needed
- Filing paperwork as needed
- Assist with administering Employee Opinion Survey once per year
- Process employee paperwork by fax or e-mail to the corporate office as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
