ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the CHI Health at Home agency Director, the Hospice Chaplain is responsible for providing spiritual/bereavement care and counseling to Hospice patients, families, staff and volunteers.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Religious Studies or related field
Experience in Hospice Care and/or completion Hospice training program
1-2 years experience in the provision of spiritual care and ability to intervene, communicate and document client spiritual care needs effectively
Current driver’s license
Current auto insurance
Working knowledge of spiritual assessment and intervention to support patient and family
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
