PART TIME HOURS REQUIRED:

20 - 25 hours per week 

Thursday and Friday 7:30 - 5:30pm

Saturday 7:30-4:30pm

*Must have ability to occasionally be flexible with hours

JOB DUTIES

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Maintains security and telecommunications system
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other duties as assigned
