COVENANT COMMUNITY CARE is Hiring a Registered Nurse- Part Time Near Detroit, MI
- Triage of patients presenting with questions and concerns
- Assessments, education, extensive orders for labs, and testing using established protocols
- Accurate and thorough nursing documentation
- Respond to Athena's calls to request medication refills, medical advice, and care coordination using established protocols for medication refills
- Review lab results, respond using established protocols, and notify patients of abnormal labs
- Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team (including medical providers, medical assistants, behavioral health staff, and reception/administration support staff) to provide comprehensive care
- Assist in Care Coordination for patients
- Communicate and facilitate positive relationships with our community partners, including local hospitals and community service agencies
- Other nursing-related tasks that may arise throughout the day
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
- Must have a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Records will be essential.
- Knowledge and experience using EPIC is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and float between sites when needed
