Crane 1 Services, Inc. is Hiring an Accounting Clerk - Part Time Near West Chester, OH
- Perform New Vender and Customer Set Ups
- Perform updates to Customer and Vendor master files
- Processing of approved Credit Memos
- Processing of approved Job Cost Transfers
- Support employees’ users with a PNC CC and the Interlink Visa system
- Manage CC process and recording of expenses
- Entering Accounts Payable Invoices
- Monitor corporate email in-boxes and respond accordingly
- Assist other department members with audit requests and projects.
- Processing of Accounts Receivable Credit Card transactions
- General Ledger account reconciliations
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Scan documents into our electronic document system
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- KNOWLEDGE: Minimum of (2) year of work related experience and/or an Associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field is preferred.
- TECHNOLOGY: SAGE300 (preferred) or ERP systems.
- SKILLS:
- Experience with invoicing and customer service
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work with internal/external customers/vendors.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
- Be willing to relocate 30 miles south of Miamisburg, Ohio, within the next year
- ABILITY: A passion for providing top-notch customer service to our customers.
