Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow work instructions, policies and procedures.
- Maintain neat and legible handwriting.
- Maintain sample identification and traceability.
- Maintain solution analysis logs and records.
- Accurately complete all required testing logs and records.
- Monitor tank levels and chemical constituents.
- Complete Solution Analysis on tank chemicals.
- Setup and monitor Salt Spray Testing.
- Perform Coating Weight Testing.
- Setup and monitor Etch Rate Testing.
- Perform Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.
- Maintain all laboratory equipment and glassware.
- Understand internal and external specification requirements.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of laboratory chemicals
- Laboratory experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-starter with excellent Problem-Solving skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
