We are looking for a guest service agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls and visitors, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a professional demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Provide basic information about the company to visitors and customers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

We are currently looking for someone who is flexible and could work day and evening shifts. Must be able to work weekends. Some computer experience helpful but positive, upbeat personality also very much appreciated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
