Consider joining our team as an On-site Coordinator (Association) for Bentwood Hills Community in the Northern Kentucky Area.

You offer the following minimum requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent, with at least a year of related experience.

Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to perform standard business math, such as calculating ratios, percentages, and tracking financial data.

Willingness to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.

What youll do as an On-site Coordinator:

Ensure maintenance and other homeowner requests are addressed timely, efficiently, and courteously.

Receive and assign work order requests to on-site Service Technicians.

Inspect the property to determine maintenance and landscaping requirements, as well as policy violations and safety matters.

Address community rule violations with violation and enforcement letters, and report issues to the Association Manager and Board when appropriate.

Assist the Board and Association Manager in establishing annual services to the Association. Draft annual budget for Board review and adoption.

Attend regularly scheduled Board meetings, prepare minutes and Board packets for Board approval and review.

Keep complete, accurate, and up-to-date property files and records; assist with the preparation of the monthly newsletter; adhere to Townes policies and procedures.

Provide emergency after-hours answering service.

Perform other duties as requested.

Office hours: part time schedule - Monday - Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm, one evening board meeting per month
