- Organize and lead practice sessions focusing on technique, strategy, and teamwork

- Plan and coordinate team strategies for games and tournaments
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and games
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff regarding schedules, expectations, and progress
