Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. The Workforce Analyst is accountable for schedule/hours adherence, optimizing resources to achieve Business Objectives. Key functional responsibilities include the ability to monitor and strong understanding of how planning/demand/forecasting staffing requirements translate to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time (intra-day) management to support multi-department operations. The ability to create forecasting and scheduling to that forecast for projects/demand is crucial.

Key responsibilities:

• Staffing template for Division and Groups to forecast their workload demand, forecasting, projects and hours
• Serves as a subject matter expert and engages and collaborates with cross-functional experts across all business units to complete people analytics initiatives.
• Distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with pointed analyses, escalation of progress toward goals, and recommendations.
• Responsible for managing volume and staffing to ensure optimal performance through continuous interaction with leaders with the intent of achieving target metrics and contractual objectives
• Is expected to alert management regarding any issues that will affect the Projects /Business Day.
• Generates short and long-term staffing models and provides recommendations based on analysis.
• Makes intra-day adjustments to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals/business objectives.
• Performs continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conducts real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans and coordinate with Operations teams to achieve service level goals/business objectives for a multi-site operation
• Maintains constant communication with Operations teams to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted Project results
• Compares results to forecast and identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• At least 5 years of related experience
• Willing to work on part-time arrangement
• Excellent data management and analysis skills
• Able to recommend improvements to company management
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
