The Spa Provider is responsible for providing designated spa treatments to guests, ensuring exceptional guest service and complete guest satisfaction.
General Spa Provider Duties
Provide assigned treatments to guests according to specific Spa guidelines and protocol
Ensures guests’ comfort and safety at all times, aware of any contraindications
Communicates treatment options and protocol to guests
Keeps work space sanitary and neat
Maintains equipment, reports faulty equipment to management immediately. Adheres to all company and state mandated safety policies and procedures. Adheres to all Spa policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional guest service
Recommends a treatment program and skincare products, suggests a timeframe for the next visit
Upgrade spa treatments within treatment room with ease
Sell retail products; Educate guest on products used and home program opportunities.
Other duties as assigned by management
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current California State Esthetician or Cosmetology License, Minimum of 300 course hours completed
