CIA&D manufactures electrical wiring harness for the military & aerospace industry. Our customer-oriented team offers extensive experience when it comes to unique electrical harness, cable, and interconnect solutions. From our modern AS9100 registered facility, CIA&D produces an array of wiring harnesses and interconnects for both commercial and military aircraft applications, as well as products for the industrial world.
Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is the primary interface between customers and the internal organization during the initial sales process. This role will be responsible for posting RFQ’s, following up on all open quotes and working cross functionally to get updates and ensure follow through. Strict attention to detail is required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Profile:
· Posting RFQ’s to the quote log.
· Following-up with the customer on in-complete quotation packages
· Following-up with customers on open quotations and securing purchase orders
· Researching new accounts and programs to identify new sales prospects
· Qualifying inbound sales leads
Maintaining and expanding our database of customers & prospects
