Adventure Coordinator positions available. You will be responsible for planning detailed trips to fit each client's needs. Applicants should be detail oriented, motivated, and be able to prioritize clients needs. Ideal candidates should also possess an intermediate knowledge in various computer applications, excellent communication skills, and a basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. This is an entry level position. No travel coordinator experience required. Training is provided. Must be coachable. 1099 Position working with a host agency. Responsibilities:

• Complete training to retain certificate to book travel
• Continue on going training and stay up to date on vendor information. 
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations.
• Stay up to date on travel restrictions, policies, and changes.
• Respond promptly to all incoming communications.
• Research develop and present itineraries for clients based on clients’ wants, needs, and budget restrictions.
• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients.
• Effectively communicate with team members to maintain a reasonable level of support.
