As a Luxury Travel Expert, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in destination knowledge, industry trends, and customer service to craft personalized itineraries that cater to the unique preferences and desires of each traveler. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations.

Stay informed about popular and emerging travel destinations, as well as local cultures, attractions, and activities.

Design customized travel itineraries that align with clients' interests, including accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.

Coordinate reservations for flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.

Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the planning process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

Requirement

Resourcefulness and initiative to resolve issues and address challenges as they arise is a plus.

Must be 18 years of age.

A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for clients.

Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
