Job Responsibilities:

• Manage content health across retailers, specifically focusing in on Walmart, Walmart CA, Target & Amazon.
• Identify areas of front-end and backend content improvement, regarding searchability of items and appearance of product detail pages.
• Maintain catalog of all live items across all retailers and ensure best in class content practices, including regular audits to ensure consistency across all retailer websites for the best consumer, omni-channel experience.
• Ensure item descriptions, imagery, and other item specs are displaying properly on partner websites.
• Ensure launch of all new SKUs on Walmart, Amazon, Walmart CA & Target websites meets retailer content guidelines.
• Identify potential areas of friction within customer journey on sites to help improve performance

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience, specifically in the e-commerce space
• Understanding of key online retailers and their unique requirements & algorithms (i.e. Walmart, Amazon, Target)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills a must
• Exemplary at market research and analysis
• Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail.
• Strong sense of prioritization and timeline management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and sales.
• High energy, strong work ethic and driven.
