About the Role *** This is a hybrid role with two days per week in office required at our Miamisburg, OH campus. *** This position is responsible for leading the full range of business development activities from creating strategic plans, working with sales partners, finding, and closing new opportunities. Responsibilities Identifying new revenue growth opportunities in the assigned territory Cultivating further potentials for current customers and developing sales leads for Account Managers for cross-selling Maintaining and expanding the company’s database of prospects Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records and completing required documentation Planning for approaching and monitoring resources while working within the overall sales plan developed by the team manager Liaising with other departments within LN to align customer requirements with company objectives Requirements Demonstrate impressive prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills Have successful business-to-business sales experience Have in-depth knowledge of strategic selling techniques and CRM systems Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams Be able to converse with your customers to gain insight and understand needs and challenges Display proven track record of working successfully in a business development role Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
