Expo Home Improvement is a dynamic company on the cutting edge of home improvement services. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our success by connecting with potential customers who are excited about our in-home consultation services and setting them up for an in home consultation.

Responsibilities:

· Schedule complimentary in-home consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives.

· Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, delivering our message with confidence and enthusiasm.

· Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to team success.

· Utilize provided scripts to guide conversations and ensure consistent messaging.

· Recognize trends in customer calls, sharing insights with the management team for continuous improvement.

· Explore cross-marketing opportunities to maximize customer engagement.

Requirements

· Essential computer skills are a prerequisite.
