Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for either an experienced LICSW or LMHC, to join us part-time as a supervising clinician to provide supervision for unlicensed clinicians. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners who are looking for a new opportunity and adventure to become a manager to help build a successful outpatient clinic. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working, and experienced in outpatient.

Responsibilities:

* reviewing personal history/notes completed by the supervisee *Proving individual and group supervision *Maintain accurate client documentation *Provide supervision to unlicensed staff and ensure that both outpatient programs and partial hospitalization programs are running successfully. * 100% supervision working remote

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields *3 years of experience in practice is a plus *Previous knowledge in developing programs/outpatient mental health services *Compassionate and caring demeanor *Ability to build rapport with clients *Strong leadership qualities *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Fully licensed LMHC, LICSW to practice in the state of MA without any restrictions
