TIE Industrial is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

TIE Industrial is seeking an experienced inside sales representative to join our team. We are a leader in the industrial automation aftermarket spare parts and repair industry. Our customers are primarily manufacturers from small machine shops to some of the largest manufacturing companies in North America today. Our value proposition is unique and offers a customer response that is unlike any of our competition.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on growth through new customer acquisition. We offer a very competitive compensation package and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Sell the company's complete offering of repair services to end-user manufacturing customers.
  • Documents sales activity in Salesforce (CRM) and monitors sales activity on a daily basis.
  • Research and identify prospective new customers within assigned territory. Contact prospects to secure appointments to promote TIE Industrial's products and services.
  • Strategically manage accounts to achieve incremental business.
  • Develop and utilize the knowledge necessary to support and build saleswith both new and existing customers. Stay informed on industry trends, customers and competitors.
  • Act as a team player with all facets of the organization. Communicate professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Professionally represent TIE Industrial in the marketplace.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated success in inside sales is required. Experience in industrial automation or industrial services is a plus.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, competitive, well organized, persuasive, energetic and ambitious. Strong team player.
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to penetrate accounts to ultimately reach and influence key decision makers.
  • A highly likable, high energy person with the ability to build relationships.
  • Creative problem solving skills and strong sense of urgency to meet customer needs while driving sales.
  • Computer skills. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis. TIE Industrial does not offer sponsorship for work visas.
