Job Summary :
As the HVAC Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with our customers to ensure they are offered all appropriate Air Conditioning product service options.
You will also assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team. World Class customer service and people skills are a must.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
None.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Meet and exceed all sales goals.
Assess the needs of our customers and offer all appropriate products and services.
Create and maintain a list of all vendor partners and contacts.
Create and maintain a database of all leads through retail, retail new construction, and product registration.
Participate regularly in sales meetings and related activities.
Provide feedback related to our competition and our current standing in the marketplace.
Make outbound calls and take inbound calls, respond to all emails relating to HVAC Retail Sales, Warranties, and ancillary product sales opportunities.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Previous Outside Sales or Inside Sales experience with HVAC required.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
World Class Customer Service skills.
High Quality Organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and while facing deadlines and other adversities.
Ability to network and build relationships within our communities.
Excellent critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least three years of related experience.
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
