Job overview:
The primary function of the Solutions Team is to streamline the method of communication between our staff and our customers ensuring orders and inquiries are processed promptly and efficiently by assisting customers in a manner that is consistent with our standard of quality.
The Solutions Representative will perform the same function as a typical customer service representative focusing on incoming customer calls.
The Solutions Representative must have strong product knowledge as well as a comprehensive understanding of the company’s internal processes. As the role evolves, demonstrating adaptability will be imperative to the success of the team and each representative must be prepared to meet the demands of a continuously changing environment.
