This role will be focused on the development and acquisition of new client accounts. Applicants for this role must have experience and a history of successful business development.

Responsibilities:

• -Reach out and promote our services to potential clients.
• -Fill roles for clients based on their search criteria.
• -Provide guidance to clients and candidates regarding the market.
• -Negotiate contracts and establish terms of new agreements.
• -Promote openings to candidates, and recruiters within our organization.

Qualifications:

• -2 years in Business Development, preferably with a Third-Party Recruiting Agency.
• -Excellent communication skills.
• -Strong negotiation skills.
• -Strong hunter approached in sales.
• -Highly capable of handling vast amounts of information.
• -Demonstrated success in sales/business development.

About the position:

• -Commission only role.
• -Fully remote.
• -First year potential: $90,000
• -Second year potential: $180,000
• -Average commission: $7,500 (full-desk)
