- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office personnel
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Utilize computer software programs, including QuickBooks, for various office tasks
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
