Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Duties:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new products/services
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand network and generate leads
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
