This is a full-time, salaried position responsible for sourcing, screening, supporting and matching candidates to client hiring needs. Account Managers will work closely with social service agencies, Department of Corrections, client employers and jobseekers. They manage the recruitment process from start to finish, with a focus on placement retention through our supportive employment model. This position will be based at our South Burlington headquarters, with frequent travel to other parts of Vermont.
