Job Description:
The NobelProcera Lab Manager is responsible for growing our business with both new and existing dental laboratories, as well as achieving or exceeding sales goals. This role will do this by leveraging our NobelProcera, Nobel Restorative and other designated products within the portfolio with a focus on the dental laboratory. This role will partner closely with the local sales team in a targeted assigned region and is designed to promote the growth of our original componentry on our implant systems.
Responsibilities:
Support and accelerate growth of the Nobel Biocare Procera and restorative portfolio inclusive of our digital innovations, through market penetration strategy across designated region.
Develop and implement a sales plan for partner customers and competitive targets, accessing their needs and characteristics in order to grow business and increase market share.
Analyze and assess sales trends. Plan sales activity based on the regional needs. Ensure that the region attains or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals.
Facilitate the clinical and technical installations of the DTX platform in the dental laboratory as well as a resource for support and training in identified key accounts (in alignment with the RM). -
Present appropriate, products, solutions and services. Lead customer presentations for anchor capital hardware and DTX lab software.
Technical knowledge of the DTX systems, products and software as a requirement to drive activity that will influence customer behavior.
Frequent travel including some nights and weekends to ensure a schedule that will allow consistent contact with existing and potential customers. Schedule must follow sales plan and logical routing plan.
Lead product strategy and innovation introductions in the North American market. Raise awareness through applications of relevant subject matter to customers.
Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; develop and implement creative strategies aimed at converting these prospective customers from competition to a new customer driven by digital platforms.
Provide workflow and software support for laboratories to drive NobelProcera consumable business.
Identify, maintain, and acquire lab business to drive sales growth of our NobelProcera CAD/CAM prosthetic portfolio.
Partner with National Lab Account Manager to grow National Group Laboratory accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders. Utilize these relationships to expand market share.
Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to company or to customers. Apply this knowledge for your strategies and tactics to develop your commercial activity.
Support DSO customers with prosthetic business via Mahwah Dental Lab
