Description:
Oversee feed transportation equipment sales and processing. Provide support to Inside Sales Manager and our KT Pacer Sales Team. Serve as the lead point of contact for our KT Pacer Sales Team and our customers. The Inside Sales Representative will work collaboratively with KT Pacer sales, engineering, production, and operations teams to achieve KT Pacer goals and objectives.
Position Key Accountabilities:
  • Primary internal contact for providing sales information for domestic and international customers regarding new and used equipment in conjunction with KT Pacer Sales Team
  • Work with respective Sales Territory Managers to support quote needs for new and used domestic sales opportunities
  • Oversees the management of used equipment inventory
  • Develop and maintain various sales marketing materials such as literature, brochures, sales presentations, website content, social media, etc.
  • Coordinate key trade shows and customer sales/marketing events
  • Responsible for following up on international sales inquiries regarding new and used equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the KT Pacer Sales Team to obtain competitive market dynamics
  • Assists with KT Pacer Sales & Customer Service Teams to coordinate equipment pick-ups and deliveries
  • Generate applicable required documentation for exporting units to our international customers
  • Create and provide various sales reports to KT Pacer Leadership Team
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Desired Qualifications and Experience Levels:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • 1-3 years of experience in transportation equipment manufacturing or the agricultural industry is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills – both verbal and written
  • Class A CDL is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to develop relationships easily
  • Highly organized and effective within a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
  • Takes initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong mathematical reasoning aptitude
  • Willing to travel for customer related events (approximately 15%)
  • Develop and maintain customer / distributor relationships
  • Class A CDL is preferred, but not required
