Sage Staffing is Hiring a Remote Client Associate
At Sage Staffing we are representing a growing financial services company that is looking for a talented Client Associate, with experience on Fidelity's custody platform. For this position you can work remotely as long as you are located in Florida, and can occasionally go to the Palm Beach area as needed for meetings. Ideal candidates should have experience with Fidelity's platform and would be motivated to take on a greater leadership position at the company over time.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting client relationships, analyzing data, and assisting with project management in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Utilize our CRM to manage client interactions and track progress
- Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of services
- Support account management activities to maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services or SaaS industry preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
